Showroom Pre-Project Consultation

During your scheduled complimentary initial renovation consultation, you will be able to review your current space, share thoughts and ideas, get a deeper understanding of project scope, and talk about budget with timelines. Our goal is to ensure you leave with no questions and understand how Aspen Kitchens procedures will work for you.

Site Consultation

A professional site consultation and measure will take place, please plan for 1 ½ – 3 hours depending on the job scope. During your site visit your designer will ask questions and clarify your wants and needs as well as get a feel for your individual style and preferences. This is your best opportunity to show the designer your style ideas, pictures, or any other items that may be helpful in creating the space you are wanting. Your designer will then get to work on a custom design and pull together a beautiful palette of textures and colors picked just for you! A $200 site consultation fee will schedule the designer and this fee will be applied towards your final payment.

Design Presentation

Plan for 1-2 hours to review and discuss the details of your remodel. This is our first attempt in understanding the desired “feel” for your space. Please feel free to give us pros and cons so we can make appropriate adjustments. This is “YOUR SPACE” and we want you to love it! You will be able to visualize your space with our realistic 3-D software and touch and feel samples of the actual products represented in your computer renderings.
You will also be given an itemized bid for all selections used in this design.

Next Steps

A Design Retainer will give you all the revisions needed to make your space perfect. This Retainer will also give you complete ownership of all designs. The plans and color images will remain property of Aspen Kitchens until you retain our design services. You will likely be meeting several times with your designer to fine tune the details, layouts, and selections. If you request our contracting services, Aspen will create a complete itemized labor budget for you once your cabinet design and layout are finalized.

Pre-Project Phase

After your project has been finalized through the design development phase, Aspen will present you with a Final Selection Review. At this time a 45% deposit of your total project will get all materials ordered. Once Aspen receives the materials, we will reach out to you for delivery.
Final payment of the balance due will be required prior to cabinet delivery when using an independent contractor.

If you will be using Aspen Kitchens for your contracting services, you will be given access to our project management software where you will see plans, schedules, budgets, and messaging.

Project Start with Aspen Kitchens Contracting

About a week before the scheduled demo our project manager will meet with you onsite to review job conditions and answer any questions you may have. About the midway point of your remodel (usually at countertop template) the second 45% payment will be due plus any change orders made up until that point.

Project Completion

The final 10% is due at job completion. It is time for you to relax and enjoy your beautiful new space designed and built by Aspen Kitchens!
